Vouchers can be redeem online when booking , or if booking in person just give voucher code.
Q: How will I receive the voucher?
You can choose a digital voucher sent by email or a beautifully presented printed voucher available for collection.

Q: How long is my voucher valid for?
All gift vouchers are valid for 6 months from the date of purchase unless otherwise stated.

Q: Can I transfer or share my voucher?
Yes, vouchers are fully transferable but cannot be exchanged for cash.

Vouchers are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

Lost, stolen, or expired vouchers cannot be replaced or reissued.

Vouchers may be used towards any available treatment or ritual unless stated otherwise.

If the treatment cost exceeds the voucher value, the balance can be paid at the appointment.

If the treatment cost is less than the voucher value, the remaining balance will stay on the voucher for future use.

Advance booking is required when redeeming a voucher.
